Delivery Policy
At the Painted Cottage it is our priority to get your furniture to you on time. Please note that shipping dates are estimates, and not definite. Items that are in stock will ship out in 2 business days. Items not in stock will have a shipping time of 4-6 weeks unless otherwise noted.
Return Policy
The Painted Cottage does not accept returns on our vintage items. Because of the custom nature of our items they do not qualify as returns. Please make sure a to check the measurements for the furniture you are ordering. Take into account doorway width and height as well to make sure you can fit your furniture. Give a few inches of leeway when you take into account where you are placing your furniture since you will not be able to return it.

In case of damaged or lost items please report the damage or missing item directly to the shipper and contact us

Shipping prices are as followed
Under $25.00 = $6.75
$25.01-$50.00 = $8.500
$50.01-$75.00 = $12.00
$75.01-$100.00 = $14.95
$100.01-$125.00 = $17.95
$125.01-$200.00 = $20.95
$200.01-$250.00 = $24.95
Over $250.00 = Contact the store.
These rates apply to the Continental US only. Shipping outside the Continental US is also available. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada there is an added charge. Call or email for details.
The Painted Cottage will have to review orders over $250.00. When you purchase large items a surcharge fee will be noted in your “Order Review”. After contacting the store a price will be determined for the items shipping, and the charge will be added to your credit card.
We deliver locally! If you live in the Philadelphia region call ahead and The Painted Cottage will deliver to you! Prices will vary depending on the size of the item and the location of the delivery.
Also pick up from our location is available with no extra charge! Just call prior to pick up to verify!
